EMPLOYEE WELLNESS

The employee wellness program is designed to improve employee health through education, intervention and encouragement of healthy lifestyles. Healthy You! At EKU will provide a range of opportunities to faculty and staff from educational seminars and wellness challenges, to health fairs and preventative screening opportunities.

About the EKU Wellness Program

How about $150 ...credit toward your health care premium? ...into a Flexible Spending Account? ...cash? Or earn ...1 personal holiday? ...a 1 year EKU Fitness & Wellness Center membership?

Participating employees will earn wellness credits for completing Healthy You! At EKU activities throughout the program year (October 1, 2009 - September 30, 2010). Throughout the program year, choose which activities to participate in and earn credits as shown in the schedule below. Reach 22 or more credits, and your credits will translate into your choice of valuable rewards at the end of the program year.

Receive $25 cash (taxable) just for completing your Wellness Assessment between October 1st and December 31st, 2009!
