Educating and guiding EKU employees and supervisors in a variety of employee relation’s issues such as grievances and FMLA and provide intervention services to promote positive work environments.

Educating and guiding potential EKU employees and supervisors on various employment processes ranging from applying for an EKU position, requesting new positions or replacements, to selecting qualified candidates. Employment provides guidance on staff recruitment sources and strategies.

Striving to provide the highest level of efficiency with which data on employees and HR activities is compiled and maintained by automating HR activities and record-keeping processes.
